Amazon picks BCD Travel, keeps CWT’s RoomIt for lodging
Amazon is moving to BCD Travel from CWT, although the latter will continue to provide lodging services to the retailing giant
In an email to The Company Dime, Amazon's director of global travel and events Hillary Dallas confirmed that the company evaluated its travel vendor partners and is moving forward with BCD as its corporate travel partner.
However, the move will not include lodging, for which Amazon selected CWT RoomIt last October to provide comprehensive hotel category service support, including sourcing, booking and rate re-shopping, whilst helping to increase compliance to hotel policy and optimize Amazon traveler satisfaction.
