Bookings of Chinese tourists for outbound travel during the upcoming Spring Festival holidays (February 10-17) have boomed

Since mid-December 2023, searches for overseas hotels on Chinese online travel agency platform Qunar started to show a notable increase, with countries and regions including Thailand, Japan Singapore, Australia and Indonesia as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region among the hot outbound travel destinations.
