Otto The Agent introduces AI-powered business travel assistance
A new model for executive-level travel service deployed at scale through AI
Otto The Agent, an AI-powered business travel assistant, has officially launched after nine months in closed beta. The platform is designed to streamline booking, itinerary management and real-time travel problem solving without redirecting users or requiring repeated data entry.
Otto offers concierge-style support, anticipating needs, adjusting plans and managing loyalty details within a conversational interface.
The product is backed by Madrona Venture and senior travel leaders from Orbitz, Expedia and Concur, with early pilots underway through Direct Travel.
